Fire Prevention

The Fire Prevention Office is generally open Monday through Friday from 8AM till 4PM and is located at fire headquarters. To request inspections, permits or for questions please contact the Brewster Fire Department on the business line at 508-896-7018. It is also possible to email the office at: fire_prevention@town.brewster.ma.us

Inspections and fire prevention duties are divided up between: Captain Arthur Romme and Firefighter Glen Cefalo.

Since Brewster Fire does not employ a full time fire inspector these firefighters may also be required to respond to emergency calls and sometimes inspections are postponed or cancelled because of this.

The Brewster Fire Department cannot accept cash payment for inspections, permits or any other services.
