Reminder

 

Every owner of every well intended for human consumption serving property which is rented or leased shall have its water tested at a state certified laboratory for the water quality parameters.....at minimum of once every two years.  Where water quality problems are known or suspected to exist, the Board of Health may require more frequent testing, or testing for additional parameters.  Should the owner fail to have the tests done, a tennant may have the water tested with the cost of such test reimbrused by the owner.
