West Gate Road Construction

The new water main project for West Gate Road from the Punkhorn Parking Lot to the intersection of West Gate Rd and Black Duck Cartway line will begin Tuesday, July 10th, 2012. Initial work will include project preparatory work, material and equipment delivery and erosion control barrier installation. Pipe installation is scheduled to begin Monday, July 16th. The project is anticipated to be completed by September 16th 2012.

Work is permitted Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the road will be closed to traffic during those time periods; West Gate Rd will be open to Eagle Point Cartway. People using West Gate Rd for a through route will have to use alternate routes from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
