The Town Brewster is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to pay Real Estate and Personal Property taxes online.
The town has signed on with MCC eBill. The eBill system takes the town's verified tax information and posts it on the eBill website so residents can view and pay their bill. To make payments online Tax Payers must register on the eBill website, www.mcc.net. After the online registration page is completed and the account is activated, residents can authorize electronic transfers from their bank account.
The convenience fee for ACH payments (payments made using a checking or savings bank account) is 35 cents, but higher additional fees are charged by credit card companies for using a credit card.
The Board of Assessor's property record database is also fully available online, including access to all property record cards.
