The Town of Brewster offers online bill payment through MCC eBill.

Payments may be made via ACH (electronic checking) or by Credit Card. There is a fee for this service. 

What bills can I pay online?

  • Real Estate Tax
  • Personal Property Tax
  • Motor Vehicle Tax (Excise)

Only current bills may be paid online. If the Due date for timely payment has passed, you will not be able to pay your bill online.

What are the costs?

ACH (ELECTRONIC TRANSFER): Pay Brewster directly from your Checking or Savings Account. Each bill paid is considered a separate transaction and a service charge of $0.35 per bill will be processed separately for each payment. If you have a special account you plan to use, make sure you take these charges into consideration.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and VISA®*. If you are using a Debit Card, it will be treated as a credit card payment and will have the same charges associated with credit card payments. The convenience fee for using a credit card is approximately 3% of the payment, except for payments under $100 where the convenience fee will range from approximately 1 to 4 dollars.* * Prices are subject to change without prior notice. * VISA is available for Tax Payments only.

A Payment Calculator is located at the bottom of the Registration page. You do not need to register to use the Payment Calculator simply click the Signup link, select Brewster as your Biller selection then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Show Payment Calculator”. Select your Payment Type and enter the amount of your payment to Calculate the Fee.
