Property Reassessment for FY2010

The Brewster Board of Assessors has completed its comprehensive reassessment of all classes of property in the Town of Brewster in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 56. Printouts with the preliminary FY 10 assessments will be available for taxpayer review at the Brewster Town Hall Assessors Office, the Brewster Ladies Library and the Council on Aging during normal business hours as well as on our websiteThe information in this database are the proposed values for Fiscal Year 2010. The Assessments are as of January 1, 2009. The Tax Rate for Fiscal 2010 has yet to be determined. In addition to our online property cards we have a complete table of values available for download
