Dog Licensing

All dogs must be muzzled or restrained from running at large--violators will be prosecuted--$25.00 fine.

No dogs, leashed or otherwise, are permitted on the beaches between May 1st and October 1st, violators will be prosecuted.

Dogs must be licensed on or before March 31st, or the owners or keepers thereof are liable to a fine.

Problems with domestic animals should be reported to the Animal Control Officer at the Brewster Police Department. 

Dog licenses are available at the Town Clerk's Office in the Town Hall/2198 Main St./6A.

Fees:
Spayed or Neutered: $6/year
Not Spayed or Neutered: $12/year.
